Ordering Procedures

1. Fill out our Book Order Form, Instrument Order Form or Merch Order Form.

 

1. 2. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email or text within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you did not receive a confirmation message

3. 3. We will then process your orders and notify you regarding availability of item/s and payment details.

 

4. 4. Once your orders are ready, we will send you an email or text as to how you may claim your orders.

 

5. 5. For customers who prefer to have their orders shipped (outside Metro Manila), items are subject to a 5% service charge. The customer shall also shoulder the shipping fee of the items. Shipping fee depends on the weight and overall dimensions of your entire order.

You will receive an email or text confirming your payment within 24 hours.    3. c. Once payment has been confirmed, your orders will be shipped. We will inform you once items have been shipped, your air waybill number so you can track your package, and when you should expect your orders to arrive.

NOTE: WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE COURIER SERVICE OR THE SUGGESTED ARRIVAL TIMES.
